What you need
100g frozen pink pitaya
100g frozen mango
2 large frozen bananas
2 scoops Qt Bellē powder
To serve
Sliced banana & strawberry
Granola of your choice
Instructions
- Blend the pitaya, mango, banana and Qt Bellē powder in a high speed blender until smooth and creamy (you will need to use the tamping tool to guide into the blades, or add a small splash of liquid).

To serve, layer the mixture with granola and sliced fruit in a suitable jar or bowl.
